  1. Apr–May 2026 in progress

    Foundations

    • Site live on salentosec.org (✓)
    • Manifesto, code of conduct, security & privacy pages (✓)
    • Hidden CTF — 3 chapters (✓)
    • Self-hosted analytics + honeypot (✓)
    • Contact form with anti-spam (✓)
    • Open Telegram + WhatsApp channels
    • Set up security@salentosec.org with PGP
    • Publish on socials (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  2. Jun–Sep 2026 planned

    First members

    • Crosspost with other Salento tech communities
    • First AperiSec #00 in Lecce (kickoff)
    • Goal: 30-50 people in channels
    • Italian cybersec glossary online
    • Open CTF write-ups and resources
  3. Oct–Dec 2026 planned

    Structure

    • Identify 6 co-founders
    • Draft APS statute
    • Formally register APS SalentoSec
    • Open GitHub org `salentosec`
    • First structured event (3 talks + networking)
  4. 2027 vision

    Expansion

    • Become local OWASP chapter
    • Monthly meetups
    • Launch intellisecsalento.it parking page
    • Build sponsor pool for IntelliSec
  5. 2028+ dream

    IntelliSec Salento

    • First edition of IntelliSec Salento — the Italian cybersec conference from Salento
    • Local and national speakers, 200-400 attendees
    • National CTF tied in
